How to Make a Return

We're sorry your purchase didn't work out for you. To make a return, to ensure your exchange or credit is processed as quickly as possible and to help you choose the right replacement, please consider the following:

  • The product should be packed in the original condition you received it with all the original tags, warranty stickers, no torn tags, no exceptions!
  • Use the original boxes if you still have them or broken the tire strips, we recommend using only shipping strips that are reinforced with fiberglass filaments (e.g., U-Haul tape) to prevent the tires from shifting during transit and to avoid additional carrier fees. Duct tape also can be used during shipping but only to reinforcement. The following materials are not permitted: masking tape, stretch plastic wrap, clear tape, electrical wires, nylon tie-rope, or braided nylon.
  • We recommend that you insure your package when shipping back to us when purchasing your own shipping labels. Sometimes things get lost and we can't issue a refund unless you can provide a tracking number. This way once we receive it we immediately know that you'll be receiving the outbound shipping cost will be waived, as you are assisting us by returning the tire at your own expense. No restocking fee will be charged.
  • Please ensure that you use a shipping method that provides tracking, such as FedEx or UPS, to guarantee that the return can be properly monitored and documented throughout the process.

Please ensure that the tire are kept in a dry, shaded area, protected from both water and direct sunlight, to prevent dry rotting. Failure to do so may result in a rejection of your return due to the tire being returned in poor condition.

After reviewing the previous steps, please contact us via email or phone so we can approve your return. Once approved, we'll send you an email with detailed return instructions to ensure you have all the information you need to complete the process successfully. This important step helps you'll need to provide the tracking number from FedEx or UPS as this is essential for properly documenting your return and avoiding any delays with your refund or exchange.

If for any reason you remove the polystraps from the tires before installation or wish to return them, please ensure the tires are securely re-strapped at four points crosswise manner. Then, strapping tape must be used to prevent any tires from getting lost during transit. We recommend using shipping strapping tape reinforced with fiberglass filaments (e.g., U-Haul tape) to prevent the tires from shifting during transit and to avoid additional fees from the carrier due to movement.

The following materials are not allowed: masking tape, stretch plastic wrap, clear tape, electrical wires, nylon tie-down rope, or braided nylon.

Are you requesting a return because you believe the tire measurements were inaccurate?

Please take a moment to review the following link. It explains in detail how tire tread depth and dimensions are measured according to U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) standards.

At Galuma Tires, we never modify or misrepresent tire measurements to make a sale. The prices we offer are based on the actual condition of each tire. Since our products are pre-owned, we focus on accuracy and transparency, with no need for any manipulation.

To further ensure clarity and trust, we always include the DOT numbers in our listings. These numbers are unique to each tire and help confirm their identity and specifications.
